Attorney Jenna F. Karadbil
FOUNDER
Jenna F. Karadbil has over 25 years’ experience in technology, which allows her to effectively bridge the gap between her clients and the law. She has over 18 years of legal experience representing US and international companies in transactional and ligation matters, related to technology, intellectual property, privacy, advertising, entertainment and related rights and issues. She frequently speaks around the world on technology, intellectual property, and privacy issues.
Ms. Karadbil is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US and was honored by Legal 500 for her work on data protection and privacy. She is a former President and Board of Director for the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), and now serves as a member of the Advisory Board. Ms. Karadbil has a AV® rating from Martindale Hubbell and is a Super Lawyer® for intellectual property in New York. She previously worked for an AMLAW top 20 law firm and acted as general counsel for an employee engagement software company before moving to her own practice almost five years ago.
Ms. Karadbil received B.S. (information systems) and J.D. degrees from the University of Arizona and is admitted to the Arizona, California, Nevada and New York bars.
